The Royal-Riviera is a luxurious hotel nestled on the peninsula of Cap Ferrat, just 15 minutes from Nice and Monaco. Formerly a fishing village, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a veritable green setting that has preserved its authentic charm and offers great natural and cultural richness.
The property boasts a remarkable view of the sea and the two hectares of Mediterranean gardens that surround it. The place presents itself as an intimate and warm location that combines a contemporary style with architecture of Hellenic inspiration. Located on the seafront, Royal-Riviera is one of the few hotels on the French Riviera to enjoy a private beach with direct access.
The hotel is ideal for families. The atmosphere is chic and relaxed; the setting, confidential. The Royal Riviera is rich in history. It was in 1904 that the establishment was born under the name ‘Panorama Palace’. At the time, all the international elite were present, and the palace witnessed fabulous love stories, and served as a refuge for artists and retired celebrities. In 1914, the war transformed the hotel into a school for children. It was not until 1999 that it reopened under its current name and regained its splendor of yesteryear, combined with modernity.
To delight guests, the Royal Riviera offers 94 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 heated infinity pool, 1 spa (with sauna and steam room), 1 private beach and 1 fitness center.
Sunny gardens, sea views and private beach, the hotel has everything to live a unique holiday in the heart of the very select French Riviera.
Of the 94 rooms and suites, 78 are located in the main building and 16 in the Orangerie villa. The areas range from 20 (215 sqft) to 156 (1680 sqft) sqm. The connecting rooms and suites can accommodate up to 10 people and are therefore ideal for family stays. The rooms have views of the garden, the sea or the mountains and many of them have a terrace.
The Sea View and Garden Suites (2 rooms) offer families 86 sqm of space and 2 terraces. A fresh and bright atmosphere emerges from these suites, inspired by the 1950s. 2 adults and 2 children can stay there.
The Suites de l’Orangerie, jewels of the hotel, can be arranged as you please, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms option offers guests 156 (1680 sqft) sqm of comfort.
As supervised by Michelin-starred chef Alain Parodi, La Table du Royal’s menu offers gourmet cuisine inspired by Mediterranean dishes that are creative and refined. The service is impeccable and the panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the sea.
By the pool, the Jasmin Grill & Lounge restaurant overlooks the famous Fourmis Bay of Beaulieu-Sur-Mer. The cuisine invites you to travel an international route and the Jasmin Grill & Lounge’s outdoor kitchen has a real tandoori oven for genuine Indian specialties.
Le Cap Bar gives you the feeling of being in a collector’s lounge, with its precious wooden masks, ethnic objects and beautiful zebra skins. The atmosphere is cozy and light dishes are served throughout the day. The bar terrace overlooks the garden. It is a perfect place to sip a cocktail on sunny days.
Open from April to October, the bar of the Jasmin Grill & Lounge restaurant allows you to refresh yourself, without getting away from your deckchair.
A 24-hour room service (hot dishes served from 6.30 am to 11 pm) completes the culinary offerings.
