<h3>Gastronomy</h3>
<p>Resort &amp; Spa Le Dune pays particular attention to exciting its guests’ taste buds, while choosing its products with care, from meats raised in a completely natural environment, in the hills of Gallura; the day’s fresh fish purchased at the small port of Isola Rossa and Castelsardo; local fruits and vegetables, as well as the internationally renowned regional wines. In all, there are 10 restaurants run by passionate chefs and led by dedicated brigades who serve you the best of traditional Sardinian, Italian or international cuisine.</p>
<p>Since children are kings in Sardinia, the resort has <strong>opened a restaurant dedicated to the little ones: Peter Pan</strong>. The menus are fresh and balanced, made with vegetables from the organic garden and eggs picked from the aviary by the toddlers themselves! Babies one-year-old and under should be accompanied by a parent.</p>
<p>For a gourmand and gourmet Mediterranean lunch, head for the <strong>Alla Spiaggia</strong> Restaurant or <strong>Nautilus</strong> Restaurant. There, you will be able to savour the typical Mediterranean Brunch®, comprised of hot or cold delicious starters, as well as a nice selection of crudités (salads) and cheeses, all accompanied by spring water and an included table wine. You will be carried away by the fresh pasta and antipasti that are served on the panoramic terrace of the Alla Spiaggia restaurant, by the beach.</p>
<p>In order to savour real traditional Sardinian dishes at dinner, reserve a table for yourself at <strong>Carrimbanca</strong> wherein a divine buffet enhanced with charcuteries (cold cuts), typical cheeses, pane carasau (crispbread) or seadas (cheese and honey dessert) await you. Do you rather salivate over the idea of savouring grilled fish in a marine setting? Your wish will be granted at the <strong>Lo Scorfano</strong> restaurant, where the atmosphere of the small fishing village reigns.</p>
<p>Some restaurants will serve you free of charge (Nautilus, Carrimbanca, Pomodoro, Alla Spiaggia, Li Junchi and Peter Pan), while others require an additional fee (Scorfano, Il Fico d&rsquo;India, Romantica and Il Leccio).</p>

Séjourner at the Lodging Resort &amp; Spa Le Dune is the certainty of spending an unforgettable family holiday, and the children are the first to admit this! Irrespective of their age, toddlers will be able to have fun like crazy with their new friends, especially at the kids club, junior-club and teens club!

Are you seeking for the direction to the palace of laughter, of the children’s world? Follow the tracks to the <strong>Duneland Castle</strong>! Within its walls, you will be able to find <strong>creative workshops</strong> (painting, make-up ...), a <strong>cocooning area</strong>, a <strong>small relaxation room</strong> for the little ones’ nap, a <strong>cinema hall</strong>, as well as the <strong>Peter Pan restaurant</strong> which is entirely reserved for the children. Depending on their age ranges, <strong>different children's clubs</strong> have been designed for bespoke activities (games, dance, sports, themed evenings/dinners ...) orchestrated by multilingual, skilled and endearing facilitators. For the little ones, a <strong>nursery with baby bottles’ space</strong> has been set up. Everything necessary for the proper care of the babies can be found here (high-chairs, baby buggies, sterilizers, bottle warmers, changing tables, diapers...); as well as the necessary items for preparing Chef-worthy meals.

Getting back to the basics and reconnecting with nature: this is the aim of the <strong>educational course</strong> created by the hotel staff. The little ones will venture into the <strong>Il Peperone organic vegetable garden</strong> with the aim of discovering typical Mediterranean plants and vegetables and to experience the gardening processes involved; from planting to harvesting.

It is at Puddaggiju, a large aviary, where the children will be able to amazingly observe the <strong>majestic peacocks</strong>, the <strong>playful ducks</strong> and the <strong>tactless chicks</strong>. Our one-day (or forever) farmers will love to participate in the poultry house by <strong>picking up the fresh eggs that will then be served at Peter Pan</strong>.

There are just so many ways of having fun at Le Dune Resort &amp; Spa that we often do not know where to head... To be able to get the fun to its peak, the resort has created dreamlike facilities; from <strong>inflatable pirate boats, obstacle games, trampolines, a castle with water slides and climbing wall</strong>, all have been grouped into a <strong>playground supervised by a trusted team</strong>.

This fairy tale does not end here! A true journey through time looms in <strong>Fantasia Village</strong>, an <strong>enchanted 10.000 sqm world, </strong>wherein the toddlers can have fun daily in the heart of a stunning natural environment. Whether they fancy being wild cowboys or smart Indians, the children will be able to let their imagination run wild at Fort Crock and the Indian Camp.

The most athletic families can joyfully participate in the countless free courses being offered by the hotel staff. The program includes; <strong>tennis, mini football, basketball, beach volleyball, archery, running, fitness, aqua gym, yoga, aerobics, among others</strong>. For the most competitive ones, <strong>tournaments are equally being organized</strong>! Tennis is undoubtedly one of the key sports disciplines of Le Dune Resort &amp; SPA, which collaborates with the prestigious <strong>Sunball International Tennis School</strong>. Lovers of open-air and nature swear by Sardinia. Embark on<strong> a catamaran, surf or canoe theoretical lessons</strong> and float with great ease on the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea, which is home to the magnificent seabed (which could be explored without hesitation during a <strong>scuba diving session</strong> in Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso or Badesi). The Royal 4 Sea View Room is a delight to the eyes and promises long, cosy nights. The Superior Family Room appeals to tribes of 8 people with its typical Sardinian decoration. It consists of two connecting Superior Rooms, each with a double bed (or twin beds on request), its own bathroom and a single sofa bed. The space can also accommodate two baby cots for children up to 1 year old.

In the heart of the Resort & Spa Le Dune: the prestigious Hotel Le Palme and its bedrooms with furnished terraces, from where we admire a spectacular view on the luxurious gardens. After a hearty breakfast at the Il Pomodoro restaurant, the toddlers love to play in the children’s pool or the aquatic pool area, while Mum and Dad can relax on the deckchairs.
