An unforgetable stay at Iberostar Alcudia Park

My partner and I had the chance to discover the Iberostar Alcudia Park for two days and one night. Located in Mallorca, the establishment is undeniably family friendly and I highly recommend it to parents wishing to travel in the Balearic Islands with their children!

The first impression is always the right one, and this was confirmed during our stay in this contemporary all-inclusive hotel. You can also catch sight of the sea, wherever you are, it is within reach, you see it, hear it or feel it. This is particularly rejuvenating, to tell the truth.

The hotel is indeed located on a beautiful beach awarded with a Blue Flag in response to its environmental efforts. The turquoise waters are clear and calm, the fine sand is pleasant: in my opinion, this label is very well deserved!

We were received like VIPs – thanks to an express check-in via the hotel’s app. This application was very useful during our stay. You can find all kind of important information about activities, restaurants, the kids-club, etc.

The check-in was done in a very cordial and friendly way – this kindness was extended to us all throughout our stay – we were even upgraded in a beautiful Prestige Suite! We had chosen the all-inclusive formula, of course, in order to be able to test all the facilities and services of the hôtel, and were so happy that we did.

As I said, we stayed in a Prestige Suite, located at the front of the hotel building, which has a corner room with a large balcony and a direct view of the sea and the pool. We also had a direct view of the small stage for shows and children’s activities. Despite the constant entertainment, we did not hear any noise from our room.

The room was absolutely perfect, it was a very nice surprise and we really enjoyed it. I believe it was a room reserved for adults (or couples with babies) because the bathroom was open to the room.

With the suite, we had access to the rooftop bar and the cherry on top: the hot tub. The views were beautiful and the service very professional.

A little bonus that we really appreciated: the establishment offers ecological cosmetic products, packaged in bottles made from recycled plastic from the ocean.

The hotel’s main restaurant, offered as a buffet, is incredible! We were there for dinner and lunch. The choices were very varied and everything is very family friendly. For breakfast you can also go to the Beach Bar Dunas.

The service, as well as the cleaning and maintenance required in these uncertain times, was very fast and efficient. The COVID measures were very well applied with distances respected in the queues, gel available and separative protective glasses in the buffet areas.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel! The lobby is very inviting with several lounges. The hotel is located on the beachfront with a beautiful sandy beach and palm trees. There are several pools with many facilities and activities for children… It is the perfect place for families. But most of all, the service at the hotel was very friendly and we literally did not want to leave.

We will definitely come back!
