The wonderful Domaine de La Bretesche is located in the heart of the beautiful Brière Regional Park in western France, in Brittany. Located halfway between Nantes (59 km) and Vannes (53 km) and 35 minutes from the beach at La Baule, the vast estate offers 200 hectares of luxury and tranquility. Housed in the former outbuildings of the Château de La Bretesche, the estate was built in the 14th century and rebuilt in the 19th century following the damage done during the French Revolution. The château has been a listed historical monument since 1926 and has been used as the backdrop for several films, such as « Hardi Pardaillan » in 1963.
