La Table du West

It's a look at haute cuisine, rich with treasures from the sea and the land, such as its surprising sweetbreads. You may or may not like it. But it has... a certain style. La Table du West happily and clearly revisits the rituals of bistronomy: the lightness of the mimosa egg, the surprise of the grilled oysters, the cutting of the sole at the table and the gourmet clinking of the spoons on the dessert trolley (don't miss the millefeuille, or ignore the Breton sablé).

Le Brunch

Every week, Le West celebrates without fuss a hotel Sunday staple: brunch with family or friends. On the tablecloths are the classics of the American breakfast, as well as seafood, meat terrines surrounded by seasonal salads, whole cooked fish and mild cheeses. The icing on the cake: the little delights of crème au caramel and rice pudding.

Le Bar du West

The Westminster Bar blends art deco elegance and contemporary spirit in a hushed atmosphere where the memories of famous artists, writers and personalities hover. Here you can enjoy signature cocktails such as the "Oscar" or the sparkling "25.9", a tribute to its reopening in 2020. Come winter, its hot chocolate becomes a veritable institution in the breezes of the Côte d'Opale.
