Repère Sauvage is much more than just a hotel and restaurant: it’s a vibrant community hub that welcomes everyone—from city dwellers seeking nature to local residents—and offers a wide range of outdoor activities. The property features 16 minimalist-style rooms spread throughout the manor house and 20 eco-friendly lodges designed in collaboration with local artisans. The custom-designed kids' club, led by a professional trained in the Montessori method, was created to allow young children to explore, learn, and thrive in the great outdoors. The estate also features a gate listed as a Historic Monument, a remnant of the former Renaissance castle "Le Fort Girard."

Among the house specialties : crispy pike, escargot vol-au-vent, or géline de Touraine (a heritage chicken), as well as sweetbreads and veal kidneys prepared as a “Beuchelle Tourangelle.”
