Our family stay at Royal Hotel San Remo

At the end of June, I had the incredible opportunity to fly to Italy for a family stay at an exceptional hotel: the Royal Hotel San Remo. I had the pleasure of discovering an establishment that exudes luxury and elegance. A place that inspires family rest and relaxation as soon as you arrive.

When we arrived at the Royal Hotel San Remo, we were blown away by the beauty of the establishment.  From the moment we walked in the door, we were charmed by the hotel’s elegant and modern decor. The combination immediately gave us an intimate vacation home feel. We had just arrived after a transfer from the airport and had only one desire: to visit our beautiful room as soon as possible.

The splendor of the establishment is matched only by the absolutely impeccable welcome and the warmth of the staff, who took care of us very quickly. The staff made themselves immediately available to us and within 10 minutes we had been checked in and our luggage was already on its way to our room. The speed of the exchange did not prevent our children from starting a very pleasant discussion with the front desk staff, who were able to answer them in French and include them in the beginning of this trip. The little ones are at an age where they love to be a part of every conversation, and when we were escorted to our room, they really felt like grown-ups.

Upon check-in and as we were guided to our room, we were able to have all our questions answered including restaurants hours, breakfast times, pool etiquette and more. We noticed that the staff is very attentive to the needs of the families and is always available to answer any questions.

Thanks to the speed and efficiency of the staff, we were able to discover our beautiful room in no time. The kids were thrilled. They loved the room and their super comfortable beds. Their favorite part? The welcome candy, of course! The special attention given to the little ones does not go unnoticed and confirms the kid-friendly nature of the Royal Hotel San Remo.

We were particularly impressed with the resort’s restaurants. We loved the Coralina restaurant, which is right next to the pool. It’s the perfect place for families because the kids can play next door while they wait for their food, although the speed of service doesn’t always give them the opportunity. The food is delicious, and the Italian gastronomy really stands out in the flavors of the dishes. The atmosphere is great and the location of the restaurant is absolutely idyllic. The kids love to watch the lights in the restaurant shimmering in the sparkling water of the pool and make the experience truly extraordinary.

The restaurant is very chic and the luxurious atmosphere is highlighted by the waiters in uniforms who personally attend to each table. Although the atmosphere is very elegant, children are more than welcome. The hotel staff makes sure that even the youngest guests enjoy a unique and delicious dining experience. High chairs are available for guests. The service in the restaurant is impeccable and especially suitable for families and children. The menu is varied, and the children were able to find their happiness in the delicious Italian dishes that are presented. The restaurant staff really puts families first. It is possible to order any dish and it will be adapted to the children so that they can taste the Italian gastronomy and savor delicious dishes in a luxurious atmosphere.

You can’t stay at the Royal San Remo without visiting the Royal Wellness Spa. For me, it was really one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the children could not join us, but we were able to discover the wellness center as a couple with a light mind.

The spa is really lovely with its exposed stones and comes to life as a cocoon of relaxation and comfort thanks to its very complete treatment menu. We didn’t know what to choose because there were so many services. The manicure and pedicure treatments are really the perfect relaxing break to be pampered while the kids enjoy the pool.

The spa is always very well-kept and remains the perfect place for couples looking for relaxation and rest in an exceptional setting. Sauna, hammam and sensory showers are definitely to be included in the program during a stay at Royal Hotel San Remo!

I really enjoyed staying at the Royal Hotel San Remo. We had a great stay and came back well rested with a good dose of vitamin D! The staff is welcoming, pleasant and available to advise you on the activities offered by the hotel but also on the addresses and places to visit. It’s an intimate place that I highly recommend to families, I would definitely go back there for a next vacation!
